Webb Scholars Program

The Webb Scholars Program is awarded annually to up to six KIPP seniors who have demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to community impact.

About the Scholars Program

The Webb Family Foundation and KIPP Foundation have partnered to create the Webb Scholars Program. This new national scholars’ program will be awarded annually to up to six KIPP students and will provide financial support to defray the costs of college with an annual stipend of $15,000, up to $60,000 for four years; 1:1 mentorship; attendance to an annual leadership weekend; and the opportunity to take part in a community impact project in their community. The first cohort of scholars joined the program in May 2023.

The Webb Scholars Program is one of several KIPP scholarship programs established in alignment with the KIPP Foundation’s goal to see 1,000 alumni in positions of true power and influence by 2040.

The Webb Family Foundation works to improve life outcomes for young people through education. The Foundation aspires that all young people, regardless of their circumstances, receive the opportunities and support they need to succeed in school and in life.
