About the Scholarship
Through a new UNCF scholarship program launched in partnership with Kevin Hart and KIPP, the $600,000 Help From The Hart Charity Scholarship will provide funding to support students from eight different cities who are attending 12 historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Nearly 1,300 students of the 12,000 KIPP alumni in college are attending HBCUs across the country.
Students have been selected based on their academic and personal accomplishments and will receive renewable awards based on need.
