KIPP Bay Area Public Schools Alumna

Savana is a graduate of KIPP San Francisco College Preparatory. She is passionate about one day helping troubled youth and other underserved populations as a psychologist. Eventually, Savana hopes to create a nonprofit that offers aid to low-income communities. She is a devoted leader on and off campus, serving as freshman class president and a teacher’s assistant at KIPP, and participating in Stanford’s Summer Math and Science Honors (SMASH) program and Columbia University’s Girls In Stem Initiative. To reach her goal of providing mental health services to those in need, Savana plans to obtain bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology.
