Marilyn Nguyen

KIPP Bay Area Public Schools Alumna

Marilyn is a KIPP San Jose Collegiate alumna and is part of Duke University Class of 2023. At Duke, Marilyn is on the Pre-Health track intending to pursue a career as a pharmacist. In the future, she hopes to make health services accessible to low-income families and improve healthcare systems and is interested in graphic design on the Adobe platforms and Procreate. During her time in high school, Marilyn served two terms as Co-President of Interact Club which is a community service club that fosters leadership and aims to make a change on a local and global scale such as raising money to address issues of child marriage and human trafficking. Marilyn was also her class representative during her senior year and helped organize school events in addition to being her school’s resident calligraphist.
