KIPP Houston Public Schools Alumna
Jacquelyn is a KIPP Generations Collegiate alumna. She is a first-generation student who aspires to empower her community through law and policy, and plans to pursue immigration law after college and become a U.S. Senator. She is already well on her way there and has taken on numerous leadership opportunities as a POSSE scholar, as president of her high school’s National Honor Society, as captain of the varsity soccer team, as president of a women’s empowerment club called IGNITE, and expanding her horizons traveling abroad during her junior year. She is currently a freshman at Bryn Mawr College, double majoring in English and Political Science with a minor in Mathematics.
