Bethania Damaso

KIPP NYC Public Schools Alumna
Bethania (Betty) is a KIPP NYC alumna, born and raised in the South Bronx, where she attended Aquinas High School. After high school, she attended Union College and received her B.A. in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. She went on to work at Uncommon Schools as a Human Capital Coordinator for two years. Betty received her Master’s in Urban Affairs from Hunter College. After grad school, Betty went on to work at Achievement First for two years where she further developed her project management skills as an Operations Coordinator. She is currently a College Persistence Manager at KIPP Through College NYC and enjoys supporting alumni from her community. In her spare time Betty enjoys traveling to new countries across the globe.
