      Career Assessments

We have partnered with YouScience which scientifically uncovers your natural abilities (or aptitudes). Then, through a matching algorithm, you are matched to careers based on your natural talents, to help give you a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Your profile also includes personalized language to help you build your resume or job interviews. This platform has been beneficial in helping KIPP students and alumni find the intersection of their talents and passions – ultimately their purpose.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Chris Grapes Garcia at cgrapesgarcia@kipp.org.
