There are nearly 2,000 KIPP teachers
working every day to instill in our students the knowledge, skills and
character to succeed in college and the competitive world beyond. While
their experiences and backgrounds are varied and wide, each shares the
fundamental conviction that all children can and will learn.
Across
our network, nearly 40 percent of our teachers are African American or
Latino, about 30 percent are Teach For America alumni, and over 35
percent hold master's degrees. We have highlighted just a few of our many outstanding teachers in the profiles on this page.
