KIPP Sharpstown College Prep is a free, open-enrollment, public school that provides historically underserved students with a college preparatory education. With the unfailing efforts of a dedicated staff, the students of KIPP Sharpstown internalize the habits of self-reliance, honor, achievement, responsibility, and persistence in order to become life-long learners capable of excelling in college and committed to transforming tomorrow.

Ways to Get Involved

Support - As a network of public charter schools, KIPP schools receive the majority of their funds from state and federal governments. However, KIPP offers much more than traditional schools, including an extended school day, week and year, field trips and extracurricular activities. To provide KIPP’s unique educational program, schools rely on support from community members, parents and local foundations.
