KIPP Austin Leadership is a college-preparatory elementary school with a strong focus on preparing our students to become influential Leaders for change. Students will learn what it means to be a Leader, who some community leaders are in Austin, and how they themselves can be Leaders for change. At KIPP Austin Leadership Elementary we see each child as an individual with individual hopes, dreams and goals and work collaboratively to help each child achieve his/her goals. Classrooms at KALE will have two teachers as well as multiple computer stations to allow for differentiated and small group instruction to ensure all students are able to reach their goals and potential.

Four times a year, the KIPP Austin Leadership Elementary Team and Family (students, staff and families) will come together to participate in school-wide community service projects in Austin as a way to give back to our communities.
