At KIPP AMP Elementary, we will work together to prepare students academically, socially, and emotionally, to strive for the future of their dreams. Our school values: Scholarship, Tenacity, Respect, Inquiry, Voice, and Enthusiasm (STRIVE)—guide our school vision: to empower students to cultivate their curiosity of the world, show scholarship every day, and use their voices for change.

Curious students will grow at AMP Elementary through developmentally appropriate instruction and hands-on educational experiences. These experiences will grow their wondering about the world around them while also sparking their life-long commitment to learning. Students will be engaged in their learning by being in a safe, supportive, and joyful environment on the road to and through college. AMP Elementary students will be given space to speak in order to learn to use their voices in compelling and powerful ways. This school commitment will begin our students’ work to advocate for justice in their community and the world. When students move onto middle school, they will have a deep love of learning, the skills and habits to be successful, and be set up to strive for their dreams.
