KIPP school leaders are the backbone of any KIPP school. They are instructional leaders with a track-record of making an impact in their communities. They come to KIPP from diverse backgrounds and a variety of experiences, and all are committed to working in educationally underserved communities to help close the achievement gap.
KIPP school leaders leverage a nationwide network of thought-partners and support services to allow them to focus on making sure that each and every KIPPster climbs the mountain to and through college.
The KIPP Foundation, through its KIPP School Leadership Program, has recruited and trained more than 150 KIPP school leaders to open new KIPP schools or succeed founding school leaders.
