KIPP SCHOOL SUMMIT
| KIPP School Summit (KSS) is the annual gathering of the entire KIPP Team and Family. It's a time to connect, learn, and share amongst our colleagues and partners from across the country, all in the name of professional development.
KSS has grown extraordinarily since it began in 2003. Starting with just a small group of KIPP teachers and school leaders from a handful of cities, KSS now serves more than 3,000 members of the Team and Family each year and is a best-in-class professional development event for educators. In 2012, there were more than 250 content sessions offered to attendees with high-quality presenters in all academic and functional content areas. KSS is also our opportunity to celebrate and thank our hard working teachers for all that they do throughout the year. The event also includes awards and recognition for our students, teachers, and supporters. See below for some of the highlights! KIPP School Summit will take place July 29-August 1, 2013 in Las Vegas. |
