The ability to persevere in the face of challenge and difficulty is Joseph’s greatest academic asset. He looks at obstacles as opportunities for academic and personal growth. He is known for working hard at all times in all classes, resulting in an excellent academic record. That history of excellence was validated when he applied to his city’s top private high schools this year – and got into all of them.

Joseph is a leader by example and is always willing to step up to a task. As a founding member and captain of his school’s Speech and Debate team, he is a role model for his peers on campus. His commitment to community service is just as strong, whether leading a neighborhood clean-up or visiting a local retirement home. Joesph’s work on and off campus shines as an example for the rest of us to follow.
